Orders will typically be processed within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted on our website) Once your package ships and is scanned into the USPS or UPS system, you will receive an email with your tracking information.




If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any unworn and unwashed item(s) with tags attached can be exchanged or may receive store credit within 14 days of the date your order was placed. We do not offer refunds but we're confident you'll find something else you love at H&R! Items received that appear to be worn (deodorant, make up stains, washed etc.) will not be accepted. We take pride in our products and make sure to check each piece upon arrival from our vendors. If you have received a defective or damaged product please email or contact us on social media within 24 hours of receiving your items and we will take care of it.

If there is a different size you need please contact us ASAP so we can get the process started for you as we sell out of items very quickly! We recommend purchasing the item in the new size as we are not able to send out exchange items until the original item is received at the warehouse. 

We now provide return labels! Once the return has been approved we will email you a return label, and will deduct the return shipping cost from your store credit. Once the item has been received and accepted we will issue your exchange or store credit.
