RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any unworn and unwashed item(s) with tags attached can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the date your order was placed. Items received that appear to be worn (deodorant, make up stains, washed etc.) will not be refunded. We take pride in our products and make sure to check each piece upon arrival from our vendors. If you have received a defective or damaged product please email info@harperandreed.com within 24 hours of receiving your items and we will take care of it.

We do not provide return labels. Make sure to keep your receipt with your tracking number to ensure the arrival of the package. Once the item has been received and accepted we will issue a refund.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style we recommend purchasing the desired item and returning the original as we run out of sizes quickly and may not be able to restock. When exchanging, follow the return process above.
